Gas Prices

The local government is supposed to tell us how much fuel prices are increasing a day in advance. Tomorrow is the day the prices change and there has been no news release on the website yet. To me this is a violation since we now (as of 11:30am Aug 31) only have 12 1/2 hours when it is supposed to be, by law, 24 hours notice. Even worse there was an amendment, or maybe just a gentleman's agreement, to let the public know 48 hours in advance. Obviously the system doesn't work.
